It will cost you nothing to create or edit your website and we will offer you free assistance throughout the whole process.
It means that you can create website, upload your texts, photos, videos, music, create family tree, change your banners and quotations,
simply make any changes you wish free of charge.
Hosting on our server is also for free.

Angel membership ($4.90/month) will remove advertisements from the memorial website as well as give access to services such as in memory of donation, falling objects, custom backgrounds or others. 2. If I need some help or advice when creating my website, is there anybody I can ask to help me?
Generally, it is very easy to create a website, however, someone can find it more difficult. That's why we have prepared a step-by-step manual how to create a website here.

3. I have already created my website, how can I make changes or adjust it?
All you need is your password and the name of your website. Right after you log in, you will be re-directed to your unique
editing page, where you can edit your website as you wish.
4. Can somebody else edit my website?
No. You are the only person able to access your editing page, nobody can change anything on it. The visitors can light the candles,
leave their messages, receive the anniversary cards, rank themselves as friends, view galleries, videos, listen to the music.
5. If I don’t like some of the messages left by the visitors, what can I do?
Our system is user friendly. All you need is log in, go to section you would like to edit, select what you don’t like and simply delete it.
6. Do I need to know any programming language to operate the website system?
No, usually what you need is only a few mouse clicks to have everything done. Naturally, you need to type your text on keyboard. Any time you’re stuck the help prompt pops up. So there is no need to be afraid as you can’t spoil anything.
7. What if I want to delete the website?
Yes, it is possible, the only thing you need to do is click the delete website button on your editing page and the website will be deleted.
8. What if I deleted the website by mistake?
Whenever you delete website, it is not physically removed from our server yet, the website only doesn’t show up on internet. That’s why you need to let us know within two weeks to have it renewed. After the two-week period is over, website will be
removed from our server completely and the further renewal won’t be possible anymore, however, no refund for paid Angel, Heaven or Life Time membership fee will follow.
9. How can other people access the created website?
During your registration you will create a unique name for your website, which you can easily access from all around the world. You will be also sent the full name of your website to your email address.
10. How long does it take to create a website?
The website will be created right after the activation. It means, you need to register first of all, then you will receive an registration email and your website is fully functional. The whole process takes maximum 1 or 2 minutes.
11. Why is it important to make donations?
We want to offer you the best service ever, and want to keep the high standard of your memorial websites, therefore every $ you send us will help us to achieve this goal. Because we want to keep also the free membership option we need your donations.
12. What will I get in return for my Angel, Heaven or Life Time membership fee?
First of all, your website will be displayed on our server with full services we have. You will be kept informed of any news and improvements, and also help support will be available to you at any time. Also you will have an option to create Memorial Video, virtually unique Memorial Book (A hard copy of your memorial website), Detailed Visitor Statistics and you can also create In Memory of Donation button. You can constantly edit, amend and improve your website as well as you can make use of all available updates–to come free of charge.
